Her Story
Marsha Girault-Macias is a Clinical Consultant who has worked in the field of Mental Health for about 25 years in several different capacities. She spent many years mastering her practice in order to provide quality services. A few years ago, she decided to primarily use her experience to teach, supervise and coach mental health providers. She has helped countless social workers and human service providers strengthen their practice, reach their professional goals and advance in the field.
As a result of her success, she began to receive many inquiries from social workers seeking her services. To meet the influx of referrals and make a bigger impact, she had to increase her capacity and decided to become a full-time Clinical consultant which opened up the opportunity for her to expand and launch new services consisting of providing professional development training to Human service organizations, Nonprofits, group practices and Schools.
In her practice she utilizes the National Association of Social Workers standard as a guide to ensure that services are delivered in an ethical manner. On a systemic level, she has been able to assist Organizations seeking to improve and enhance their practices by evaluating their current systems and structures and making effective recommendations. Her recommendations are grounded in innovative evidence based approaches to ensure that she is directing Organizations towards leading edge clinical practices and structures. Furthermore, she is dynamic at executing strategies and provides an understanding of the core competencies that an organization needs to enhance, develop, and sustain itself. Her approach has enabled many organizations she serves to qualify for more grants and expand their mission to access more clients
