How can you help me increase my income?

There are two primary ways I help individuals increase their income.

First, I help you become a better social worker and be confident in how to ask for the pay you deserve.

Second, by joining my network of social workers, I may refer clients to you if you are interested in additional income.  One of the most common reasons I would refer a client to you is due to a conflict of interest I have in providing services to them.

Hear Why From My Clients

Marsha is a very knowledgeable, understanding supervisor. She made my journey so much easier in a school environment.  Her experience in the field is evident as she is very supportive and invested in helping me understand concepts that did not come natural to me. She helped me overcome my insecurities by  challenging me to get out of my comfort zone and view  the social work profession from all angles.  Marsha is  very knowledgeable and always made sure all her supervisees were up to date on the latest in the social work field. I really appreciate how she always would construct our supervisions with an agenda. I really loved how she was able to make sure she supported me especially with cases that were of high risk. I’ll definitely enjoyed her style of supervision and would always put into practice what she taught me.

I don’t know where I would be without Marsha’s supervision. Marsha has gone so far out of her way to guide me and ensure my success in a clinical career. She is a seasoned social worker, and draws on her extensive, diverse experiences in the field to guide aspiring persons like myself. Over the last three years working with Marsha, we have had countless conversations, in and out of work, trouble-shooting challenges with the school’s systems and student behavior, and many more discussing my career goals and how to get there. Marsha offers a wealth of knowledge, practical skills, flexibility, and consistent, caring communication. She has taught me to always find a way to learn and challenge myself, as well as everything I know about professionalism in a stressful workplace. Marsha’s impact on the field, as a supervisor especially, is limitless. I will always look to her as role model and remember her great advice with gratitude and pride. Thank you so much, Marsha!

Thanks Marsha for being so invested, empathetic, and a relatable supervisor as I began my work as a social worker in schools! From the start, I was able to be open and honest about my experience as I transitioned to a new role and school environment. Through the supervision of Marsha, I began to untangle and think critically about the complexities of social work as a profession on the clinical as well as systemic levels. Marsha models flexibility with poise, a skill that I have developed this year as clients, school communities, and society are ever changing. As someone with previous experience in a school setting, I appreciated Marsha providing the autonomy to explore what kind of social worker I want to be, while providing critical feedback and perspective. I highly recommend Marsha, she assisted in developing both tangible social work skills as well as life long skills that will promote my work as a social worker in the future.

Thank you so much for being such an inspirational, knowledgeable, invested supervisor this year! I’m grateful for your expertise as I navigated the exciting, fast-paced, chaotic Bridge world. You’ve helped me to understand the true breadth of the social work profession, and how important it is to stay up to date on the current research, while also tuning into our clients and “meeting them where they’re at!” I appreciate how you are always able to give constructive feedback while also remaining kind and empathic. I’ll definitely use you as a role model as I transition
